Abstract

The invention discloses a method for achieving fixed point multimedia advertising play through GPS positioning and a GPRS network. The method comprises the following steps: uniformly releasing and controlling advertisings through a sending terminal in a media center; downloading video programs instantaneously or in advance through the GPRS network by utilizing a transmission server and storing the advertisings in a movable device; and then playing specific programs in different times or spaces through the movable device by utilizing GPS positioning information.
