As for the ITO heater of the invention, the closer to the edge area, the stronger the resistance is; therefore, the heat output of areas closer to the edge is more than that of the central part, while heat of the edge is discharged fast, therefore, offset effect is achieved; the ITO heater can be used for the heating of liquid crystal display modules, and the temperature is evenly distributed on the surface of the ITO heater.
