[0022] Discuss first Figure 7 , where a conventional rod-shaped recess is shown in cross-section. The rod-shaped female part forms a clamping part with which the entire prosthesis or a part of the prosthesis is held on the rod-shaped male part. Therefore, in the inserted state, according to figure 1 , part or all of the prosthesis will completely cover the Dolder rod. The length of said rod-shaped recess thus corresponds maximally to the length of the crossbar or bar 2 . The actual rod-shaped recess is designated here with the reference sign A. The rod-shaped female part comprises an elongated sleeve B with an arc-shaped cross section. Since, as mentioned above, the sleeve is arranged on the crossbar 2 of the rod-shaped projection 1, the sleeve is also often referred to as a ridersleeve. The sliding sleeve B is delimited by clamping walls C on both sides in the length direction. The clamping walls merge into the support bow. A retainer E is integrally formed in the reg...

Abstract

For the resilient mounting of a spider die (10) onto a dental prosthetic suprastructure on a male spider mold (1), it is proposed to mold at least one retention element (14, 141, 142) onto a sleeve (11), the retention element having a substantially occlusal alignment. The at least one retention element (14, 141, 142) extends across the entire length of the sleeve (11) and has a head (143, 148) having a connecting neck (144, 147) in its cross-section. In this manner, retention undercuts (145, 146) are formed on both sides of the connecting neck. The connecting neck of the at least one retention element is molded at an offset as opposed to the crown line of the sleeve. A spider die is created in this manner, which has an improved retention with an increased retention force at a smaller installation height.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a bar matrix for fastening a dental-prosthetic supra-construction to a bar projection according to the preamble of claim 1 ). Background technique [0002] The bar recess is part of a bar attachment with which partial or complete prostheses are held in an implant-retained manner on the mandible or maxilla. Such a rod attachment includes a male rod and a female rod. The stem lugs are finished anchors comprising crosspieces extending between the implants and occluding the implants at each other. This entire crossbar with fastening means for fastening on the implant is called a rod-shaped lug. [0003] A rod-shaped recess is incorporated into the removable part of the dental prosthesis. Often referred to as a bar rider, the bar-shaped recess comprises a sleeve provided with a suitable retention element for anchoring in the denture superstructure. [0004] In modern superstructures there should be provided a metal support stru...
