Abstract
The invention discloses a self-compacting concrete for prestressed girders with ultra-long span. The self-compacting concrete comprises the following parts of components by weight: 180-210KG of water;350-400KG of Portland cement; 30-35KG of a concrete admixture; 700-800KG of fine aggregates which are of medium coarse sand; 900-1000KG of coarse aggregates which are of crushed stone with particle size of 5-20mm; 35-40KG of an efficient concrete reinforcing agent; 0.5-1.0KG of polypropylene anti-crack fiber; and 20-25KG of an antifreezer which can be added so as to meet the needs of constructionin winter. The self-compacting concrete has the advantages of self-compactness and high fluidity, and helps solve the problem that small space can not be passed through by ordinary concrete, achieving concrete compactness without vibration, ensuring construction quality of working elements, being capable of greatly lowering labor intensity of workers and improving production efficiency, as well as reducing noisepollution from construction and achieving requirements of environment-friendly construction.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to concrete, in particular to a self-compacting concrete used for super-large-span prestressed beams. Background technique [0002] In the ultra-large-span prestressed beam structure, thick and large steel bars are mostly used as the main reinforcement and waist reinforcement in the structure, and the number of the above-mentioned steel bars is large and dense. The existence of many beams and beams and beams and columns is completely sealed, forming a structure similar to a pure steel cage. It is difficult to fill concrete. Not only small vibrators cannot enter, but even ordinary concrete stones cannot enter. In places where the reinforcement density is relatively small, although stones can enter the mold cavity, the vibrating rod cannot be inserted, and the pouring quality is difficult to guarantee. Major quality defects such as large-area honeycombs, cavities, and exposed ribs are formed, which affects the quality of concrete e...
