Abstract

A control device of non-volatile storage, and a method and a system thereof for dispatching data are used for controlling a multi-layer storage to store data. The control device comprises a controllerand a dispatching module. The controller is used for transmitting a request signal to the dispatching module after transmitting a command to a current storage unit block of the multi-layer storage. The request signal is a command that is requested, by the controller, to transmit through the dispatching module in connection with next storage unit block when the current storage unit block is in a latent period. The controller transmits a state query command to the storage when the current storage unit block finishes the latent period, receives the state information fed back by the storage according to the state query command, and reports the state information to the dispatching module. The controller in the invention requests the dispatching module to transmit a command in connection with next storage unit block when the current storage unit block is in the latent period so as to improve the data processing speed of the storage.
