The system comprises a picture selection module, a password setting module, a picture loading module and a verification module, wherein the picture selection module is used for selecting a picture from the electronic device; the password setting module is used for establishing a two-dimension coordinate system on a touch screen, reading and recording coordinates of touch points clicked on the picture by a user according to a click sequence, setting an error range and confirming a touch area, wherein the click sequence is considered as an input sequence of a password; the picture loading module is used for loading the picture, the password of which is set; and the verification module is used for reading the coordinates of the touch points clicked on the set picture by the user and verifying whether the clicked touch points are in the touch area range and accordant with the input sequence of the password or not, thereby verifying whether the password input is correct or not.
