An embodiment of the invention discloses a wireless communication system synchronization method. The method comprises steps of: a mobile terminal receiving synchronization information from a base station, the synchronization information comprising time information of the base station; extracting the time information of the base station in the synchronization information; and adjusting time of themobile terminal based on the time information of the base station. The invention simultaneously discloses a wireless communication mobile terminal, a base station and a wireless communication system.Embodiments of the invention may reduce dependence of the mobile terminal on time synchronization to a GPS satellite reception system, which may prolong start period of the GPS satellite reception system, reduce start frequency, to solve problem of excessive power consumption caused by starting the GPS satellite reception system with high frequency.
