In the method, a small-volume primary standard substance is put in a large-volume spacecraft cabin; standards and a temperature inside the measured cabin are measured when the differential pressure is measured; actually measured differential pressure is compensated by a temperature lagging for some time according to an ideal gas state equation; and finally integral leakage of the measured spacecraft cabin is acquired.
