Abstract
The invention discloses a pollen natto tablet, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 4-5 parts of pollen, 3-4 parts of natto, 1-2 parts of anka and 1-2 parts of oligosaccharide. The pollen uses bee pollen as a raw material. The method for preparing the pollen comprises the following steps: firstly sprying the raw material bee pollen with 50-100PPM ClO2 aqueous solution; sterilizing for 30 minutes in a closed manner; adjusting humidity to 25%; then inoculating ferments to ferment at the temperature of 30-37 DEG C for 12 hours; and verifying acidity, cryodrying to obtain the pollen when the PH value is 4.5. The pollen natto tablet of the invention generates secondary products such as multiple enzymes, lactic acid, vitamin and the like after the raw material is fermented with beneficial bacterium, and combines the health care functions of the raw material and beneficial microorganisms, therefore the pollen natto tablet can supply human body with balanced nutrition, adjust human body endocrine metabolism, promote recovery of certain diseases, and improve human sub-health state.
