Each combination comprises at least three plants selected from ligusticum wallichii, bighead atractylodes rhizome, crowndaisy chrysanthemum, flores anthemidis, mint, ocimum sanctum, rosemary and lavender; and each combination comprises at least one plant selected from houseleek with pink leafs, kalanchoe fedtschenkoi with variegated leafs, maguey and nopalxochia. By applying the principle of drug matching into horticultural therapy, the indoor combination method builds a method of indoor horticultural therapy and takes good care of hypertensives unconsciously.
