Embodiment Construction

[0034] The method for transmitting downlink data in the wireless network and the wireless access device proposed by the present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0035] According to the first embodiment of the present invention, the downlink data transmission method in the wireless network, the wireless access point configures corresponding queues for different types of terminals, the type of the terminal is determined by the maximum transmission rate supported by the downlink transmission terminal, The higher the maximum sending rate supported by the terminal, the larger the queue capacity corresponding to this type of terminal. Such as figure 1 As shown, the wireless access point processes the packets that need to be transmitted downlink as follows:

[0036] Step S101, obtain the destination terminal for the downlink transmission of the message, and determine the type of the destination terminal; the d...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for transmitting downlink data in a wireless network and wireless access equipment. In the method, a wireless access point allocates corresponding queues for terminals of different types; and if the maximum transmitting rate supported by the terminals is higher, the corresponding queue capacity is larger. The message which needs downlink transmission is processed by the following steps: acquiring a destination terminal of message downlink transmission, and determining the queue corresponding to the destination terminal; and when the determined queue capacity is not full, putting the message into the determined queue. The message allocated into each queue is processed by the following steps: extracting the message from each queue in a first-in first-out mode, and downlink-transmitting the extracted message to the destination terminal in the current working frequency range. In a coexistent network environment of a high-speed terminal and a low-speed terminal, the existence of the low-speed terminal does not greatly influence the throughput rate of the high-speed terminal.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the communication field, in particular to a downlink data transmission method in a wireless network and a wireless access device. Background technique [0002] The International Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) formulated the first version standard for wireless networks - IEEE 802.11 in 1997. Which defines the media access control layer (MAC layer) and the physical layer. The physical layer defines two spread-spectrum frequency modulation methods and one infrared transmission method working on the 2.4GHz ISM (industrial / scientific / medical) frequency band. The maximum transmission rate is designed to be 2Mbit / s. Communication between two devices can be performed in a device-to-device manner, or under the coordination of a base station or an access point. In order to obtain good communication quality in different communication environments, the ca...
