The invention discloses real-time extension method and system of key vocabularies and a computer erasable recording medium thereof. The method comprises the following steps of: respectively carrying out data search on a plurality of search engines according to a queried vocabulary; subsequently, acquiring a plurality of document fragments relevant to the queried vocabulary respectively by the search engines; analyzing each document fragment so as to establish a relevant vocabulary list, wherein each document fragment lists a plurality of corresponding key vocabularies; subsequently, carrying out a relevant computing step according to a corresponding position relation between each key vocabulary corresponding to each document fragment and the queried vocabulary so as to respectively assign a relevant value to each key vocabulary; subsequently, carrying out a semanteme combining step and calculating the relevant value of each key vocabulary with the same semanteme in the file fragment to form a relevant pointer; and finally, determining part of key vocabularies to form a key vocabulary set of the queried vocabulary.
