The antenna adopts a substrate integrated waveguide feed and plane printing technology and is suitable for ultra wide bands, multi-band frequency application occasions requiring to realize plane integration on the antenna and a system. The antenna comprises a radiating element (7), a metal ground plane (2), a medium substrate (3) and a coplanar waveguide feed part (1), wherein the radiating element (7) and the coplanar waveguide feed part (1) are arranged on the same side of the medium substrate (3); the thickness (8) of the medium substrate is 2 mm; the middle of the radiating element (7) is provided with three circular holes (4); the semicircular bottom end of the radiating element (7) is connected with the coplanar waveguide feed part (1); and the top end of the semicircular radiating element (7) is formed by a notch (5) and an open circuit short branch knot (6), wherein the other surface of the medium substrate is not provided with a metal plate.
