Abstract

The invention provides a method for converting a document into a picture on line, which belongs to the technical field of a network. A technical scheme adopted by the invention is a method for converting the document into the picture on line. The method comprises the following steps of: opening a webpage; uploading an office document to a server; after the document is uploaded, invoking a third-party program on the server by using a server side to convert the document into a picture file; storing the picture file into a catalogue of the server which can be accessed by using the webpage; and accessing the picture by using the webpage through a URL address of the picture file and displaying the picture on the webpage. By the method, a user can directly read the office document on the webpage without installing any office document reading software so as to bring great convenience to users for the reading of the office document.
