The method comprises the following steps: selecting a smooth land parcel in a greenhouse, evenly laying special matrixes with the thickness of about 3cm, pouring water through the matrixes, evenly spreading seeds, scattering a layer of matrixes with the thickness of 0.3cm on the spread seeds, pouring a small amount of water, and waiting for seedling emergence; placing the matrixes in an empty plug, pouring water on the matrixes, transferring the batch of seedlings to the pre-prepared plug after the leaves of the cabbage seedlings emerging at first are open and flat, and ensuring a seedling in a hole; transferring the plug which is filled with the seedlings to the greenhouse for centralized management; and repeatedly carrying out the steps until the seedlings do not exist in a seedbed.
