Abstract

A hand-held grinding tool (10) comprises a housing (12), wherein a grinding plate (30) having a grinding sheet (56) which is driven by an angular gear (37) is moveably arranged on lower side surface of the housing; the angular gear (37) is formed by an eccentric machine (34) which drives a swinging rod (42) to have reciprocating motion around a swinging shaft (44); the swinging shaft (44) is extended by being parallel with the grinding plate (30); the swinging rod (42) is arranged as an angular rod; one rod arm thereof has reciprocating motion from up to down around the swinging shaft (44); and the other rod arm is rotated for an angle downwards and transmits the back and forth reciprocating motion along the horizontal direction to the grinding plate (30) or other tools.
