Abstract

The invention discloses the application of testosterone propionate as a medicine for constructing an animal model with dysspermia. An animal experiment shows that: the spermatogenesis of an experimental animal can be effectively suppressed and the quality and activity of sperm are reduced after the in vitro injection of the testosterone propionate, and semen routines (the count, quality and activity of the sperm) of the experimental animal cannot be restored after the in vitro injection of the testosterone propionate is stopped, so the process is irreversible. The experimental result shows that: the testosterone propionate serving as the medicine can be used for constructing the animal model with the dysspermia.
