The method is as follows: carrying out shortcut nitrification on sludge digestion liquid through inhibition of low dissolved oxygen (DO is 0.5-1mg / L) and free ammonia (FA); and adding the excess sludge in a sludge digestion liquid shortcut nitrification system to a municipal sewage shortcut nitrification system, and simultaneously maintaining the low dissolved oxygen of the system (DO is 0.3-0.8mg / L), thereby stably achieving the efficient shortcut nitrification of the municipal sewage.
