Embodiment Construction

[0022] The specific implementation manners of the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments. The following examples are used to illustrate the present invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

[0023] In the present invention, firstly, a convex set projection method is used to perform initial up-sampling on a single remote sensing image to obtain a high-resolution intermediate result. Since the remote sensing image itself has certain blur and noise, and the convex set projection method will bring unknown blur effects and amplify the noise, it is assumed that the modulation transfer function (Modulation Transfer Function) between the intermediate results obtained by the convex set projection method and the real results , MTF) is an anisotropic Gaussian function, and the Bayesian method is used to estimate its parameters effectively. Then use the complex wavelet e...

Abstract

The invention discloses a remote sensing image upsampling method based on POCS (projections onto convex sets) and complex wavelet packet field, which comprises the following steps: S1) upsampling a remote sensing image by using the POCS, thereby acquiring an initial intermediate result image; S2) using a Bayes method to estimate a modulation transfer function (MTF) and a noise parameter between the intermediate result image acquired by using the POCS and a real image; and S3) according to the estimated MTF and noise parameter values, performing the de-blurring and noise-reducing operations on the intermediate result image by adopting the complex wavelet packet transform, thereby acquiring a final upsampling result. By using the method provided by the invention, a clear high-resolution remote sensing image can be efficiently recovered from a single blur, noisy and low-resolution remote sensing image.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of remote sensing digital image processing, in particular to a remote sensing image upsampling method based on a convex set projection method and a complex wavelet envelope. Background technique [0002] In the field of remote sensing, sometimes there is no other data for the scene of interest, only a low-resolution image corrupted by blur and noise. How to restore a clear high-resolution image from a single piece of data is a complex and pathological inverse problem. There are many factors that cause remote sensing image degradation, including atmospheric influence, optical blur, relative motion, sensor factors and downsampling, etc. Therefore, high-quality remote sensing image upsampling and reconstruction must handle the resampling transformation of the image lattice and deblurring Problems such as image restoration with noise. [0003] Image upsampling is a doubly ill problem because neither the image ...
