Abstract

The invention discloses a transplanting matrix for tissue culture seedlings of pineapple. The transplanting matrix consists of an upper layer and a lower layer, wherein the upper layer is a peat soil layer with the thickness of 3 to 4 centimeters, the lower layer is a mixing layer which is formed by uniformly mixing yellow mud, chaff and peat soil in a mass ratio of (8-6) :(3-4):1, and the thickness of the mixing layer is not less than 8 centimeters. The transplanting matrix for the tissue culture seedlings of the pineapple has strong capability of water and nutrient preserving; the tissue culture seedlings of the pineapple transplanted on the transplanting matrix grow quickly; plants grow more quickly along with thickened and increased root systems particularly after being transplanted for 60 days and raise obviously with multiple leaves in long and wide shapes; the survival rate of the tissue culture seedlings is improved obviously; quick rooting is achieved; root coefficient and root length are obviously increased; the plants can basically come out of nursery after being transplanted for 150 days; and the time of the plants coming out of the nursery can be effectively shortened to facilitate the reduction of culture cost on the tissue culture seedlings of the pineapple.
