A method, a system and a device for communication are applied to the technical field of communication, wherein the method for communication comprises the steps as follows: a first corresponding relationship between a user identification and an extension number is preset in a VoIP (Voice over Internet Portocol) server; after the VoIP server receives a calling request, if the calling request comprises a called extension number, the called user identification is obtained according to the called extension number therein and the preset first corresponding relationship; and the calling request is sent to a first client corresponding to the called user identification, thus the first client can transfer the calling to a voice communication phone which is connected with the first client. Therefore, the communications between intranets, and the communications between the intranet and an outer net can be realized.
