Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a traditional Chinese medicinal extract with the effect of enhancing fracture healing. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: after crushing of Hainan nine-section leaves, scaevola sericea and kalanchoe pinnata medicines, firstly applying distilled water for extraction with the material ratio of an extraction solvent and the medicines being 15:1, extracting for three times totally, adopting equivalent decreasing mode for each extraction time being 2 hours, 1.5 hours and 1 hour respectively; after extractionis finished, filtering medicine dregs, collecting and combining filtrate, concentrating and obtaining concentrated liquor extracted by the distilled water of the medicines; after the medicine dregs are dried, applying 95% alcohol to carry out backflow extraction, extracting for two times totally with the extraction time being 2 hours and 1.5 hours; after extraction is finished, filtering medicinedregs, collecting and combining filtrate, recovering the solvent, obtaining concentrated liquor extracted by the 95% alcohol of the medicines; and after the two types of concentrated liquor extractedare vacuum-frozen and dried for 24 hours, obtaining dry medicine powder, carrying out vacuum drying on the medicines, then weighing the obtained dry powder, and respectively calculating the extraction rate of the distilled water and the alcohol.
