Abstract

The method comprises: plasticizing the sound-transmitting rubber in an open mill; blending the rubber; adding magnesium oxide and a tetramethylthiuram disulfide (TMTD) promoter in turn, then adding stearic acid, carbon black, talcpowder and an anti-aging agent A and finally adding zinc oxide and a promoter A; thinning the rubber and loading sheets and obtaining unvulcanized rubber sheets; and vulcanizing the rubber sheets at 90 to 100 DEG C and obtaining the solid sound-transmitting rubber.
