Abstract

The invention provides a health management method of an engineering machinery hydraulic system. The health management method comprises the steps of: (1) receiving three parameters of an oil inlet flow, an oil inlet pressure and a piston rod displacement of a hydraulic cylinder in real time, then storing the parameters in a system database; (2), filtering and conditioning the acquired oil inlet flow, the acquired oil inlet pressure and the piston rod displacement, extracting actual data characteristic values, storing the actual data characteristic values in the system database; 3, reading the actual data characteristic values, calculating a relative reliability (RR) of the engineering machinery hydraulic system, evaluating the state of the engineering machinery hydraulic system according to the actual data characteristic values; and 4, giving optimal system parameters of the RR according to an evaluation result of the state of the engineering machinery hydraulic system. The health management method has the advantages that according to real-time parameters in the operation process of the engineering machinery hydraulic system, the RR of the system is calculated, the health state of the system is judged, improvement measures are made aiming at potential failure problems, and state regulation is carried out before failures occur, so that time and cost for failure maintenance are reduced.
