Problems solved by technology

[0007] In view of this, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a WAP service user perception experience QoE evaluation method that simulates user behavior. The present invention aims at the defect that the current evaluation method based on network QoS parameters cannot truly reflect user experience, and adopts an objective method Simulate and evaluate the perceived experience of users using WAP services, establish key experience indicators KEI (Key Experience Indicator) from the three aspects of access, retention and integrity, and conduct comprehensive analysis on these indicators, and finally obtain an average value similar to the international standard. Opinion value MOS (Mean Opinion Score) 5-point WAP service QoE value

Embodiment Construction

[0047] In order to make the object, technical solution and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0048] The present invention is a WAP business user perception experience QoE evaluation method that simulates user behavior: first set a set of WAP business respectively including web browsing, file uploading and file downloading. Complete the QoE evaluation index system composed of three aspects of experience performance parameters, and then use the test terminal to simulate the whole process of users using WAP services, respectively collect and calculate the key performance indicators KPI of WAP services, and then calculate the corresponding service key quality indicators KQI , and use the psychological model to carry out comprehensive calculations on KQI to obtain the corresponding WAP service key experience index KEI, and then conduct comprehen...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for evaluating user quality of experience (QoE) of WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) services by simulating a user behavior. The method comprises the following steps of: at first, setting a set of a QoE evaluation index system consisting of experience property parameters of WAP services, which respectively comprise three applications of webpage browse, file upload and file download on own three aspects of service accessibility, service maintenance and service integrity; secondly, using a test terminal to simulate an entire process that a user uses the WAP services, and respectively collecting and calculating key performance indicators (KPI) of the WAP services, so as to calculate corresponding key quality indicators (KQI); and comprehensively calculating the KQIs by using a mental model to obtain corresponding key experience indicators (KEI) of the WAP services, and obtaining QoE values of the WAP service in a five-grade marking system, which are equivalent to an international standard mean opinion score (MOS). The method provided by the invention has the advantages of objective and practical selected evaluation parameter standards, simple operation steps, low computation complexity, and easiness of realization and integration, and can obtain relatively objective and just perceived quality of user experience by simulating the user behavior.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a method for evaluating the user experience perception QoE (Quality of Experience) of a wireless application protocol WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) service, to be precise, relates to a WAP service user perception experience QoE using an objective method to simulate user behavior The evaluation method belongs to the technical field of mobile communication network service quality evaluation. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of communication network technology, WAP applications in mobile communication networks are becoming more and more extensive, such as browsing, uploading, downloading and streaming media of WAP web pages. Today, WAP applications have become one of the mainstream applications in mobile networks. For the evaluation of WAP service quality, users and network operators have different understandings: because users are more concerned about the actual perceived WAP service quality...
