By using service provided by three cloud computing platforms, users can enter different teaching systems to perform language learning and application service. The operation method comprises the step that; triggering is performed by a trigger interface on an application terminal, the users can enter a conventional online language teaching sub-system based on a fixed courseware, an experience type language teaching sub-system based on virtual scenes, and an application set sub-system of a language information resource center and a tool, or an extension application set mode sub-system. By using the operation of the language experience teaching system, the users can experience leaning with 'learners' as the center. According to a completely open type, the 'learners' can continuously enter the systems with contents met in actual life but showed in modes of the virtual scenes or plots, so that the linguistic competence of the 'learners' can be effectively improved.
