Abstract

The method comprises the followings: the propagation time of colonies for pollination is 40 to 50 days before moving to the facility; the breed is western honey bee; 2 to 3 piece of honeycombs and about 5000 bees are included in one beehive; an insect prevention screen is mounted; the application of various farm chemicals inside the facility is prevented, and systemic insecticide is prevented from being applied; the temperature is controlled to be 22 to 28 DEG C, and the relative humidity level is 50 to 80 percent; during early flowering season of watermelon, colonies for pollination are put into the facility; the beehive is placed in the center of the facility, which is 0.5 to 1 meter far from the ground, and a sunshield device is arranged above the beehive; a hive entrance faces to the south or the north; one box of pollination honeybee is arranged inside a 600 to 700.2 meter shed; the bee colonies is in standing for 15 to 30 minutes after moving into the facility, the hive entrance is opened slowly; the pollination time is 6 to 10 days; and after pollination and the honeybees going back to the honeycomb, the hive entrance is closed, and the bee colonies are evacuated.
