The system comprises an engine electronic control unit ECU, a vehicle-mounted intelligent device and a long-range monitoring device, wherein the vehicle-mounted intelligent device communicates with the engine ECU through a vehicle-mounted network, and communicates with the long-range monitoring device through a wireless communication network; the vehicle-mounted intelligent device collects the current state information of a vehicle through the vehicle-mounted network, transmits the current state information of the vehicle to the long-range monitoring device through the wireless communication network, receives a vehicle locking / unlocking signal transmitted from the long-range monitoring device, and transmits the vehicle locking / unlocking signal to the engine ECU so as to realize the automatic vehicle locking / unlocking of an engine. According to the intelligent vehicle locking system provided by the invention, the current state information of the vehicle, which is collected through the vehicle-mounted intelligent device, is transmitted to the long-range monitoring device which determines whether the vehicle locking / unlocking signal is transmitted according to the current state information of the vehicle, and the safety of long-range intelligent vehicle locking operation is effectively ensured.
