The lower die mainly comprises a lower die carrier provided with at least one lower die cavity, at least one concave die detachably arranged in the lower die cavity, at least one fastener which is used for fastening the concave die in the lower die cavity, and an injection channel which is used for communicating the outer part of the unified-distribution interchangeable sole die with an accommodating space formed by the concave die. The unified-distribution interchangeable sole die is capable of reducing raw materials consumed for manufacturing sole dies effectively, shortening processing time of sole dies effectively, and reducing cost of sole dies.
