Embodiment 1

[0021] 12 parts of chlorinated polypropylene (50% solids, Eastman, CP343-1) were mixed with 4 parts of chlorinated natural rubber (Bayer, Pergut). 10 parts of xylene was added for dissolution. Then add 4 parts of crosslinking agent (p-benzoquinone dioxime: nano-copper oxide = 1:1, mass ratio), 5 parts of carbon black, 1.5 parts of sulfur, 63.5 parts of mixed xylene, and use a horizontal sand mill for grinding. The fineness is controlled at 5-7μ.

Embodiment 2

[0023] 10 parts of chlorinated polypropylene (50% solids, Eastman, CP343-1) were mixed with 5 parts of chlorinated natural rubber (Bayer, Pergut). 10 parts of xylene was added for dissolution. Then add 4 parts of crosslinking agent (p-benzoquinone dioxime: nano-copper oxide = 1:1, mass ratio), 5 parts of carbon black, 1.5 parts of sulfur, 64.5 parts of mixed xylene, and use a horizontal sand mill for grinding. The fineness is controlled at 5-7μ.

Embodiment 3

[0025] 8 parts of chlorinated polypropylene (50% solids, Eastman, CP343-1) were mixed with 3.5 parts of chlorinated natural rubber (Bayer, Pergut). 10 parts of xylene was added for dissolution. Then add 4 parts of crosslinking agent (p-benzoquinone dioxime: nano-copper oxide = 1:1, mass ratio), 5 parts of carbon black, 1.5 parts of sulfur, 68 parts of mixed xylene, and use a horizontal sand mill for grinding. The fineness is controlled at 5-7μ.

Abstract

The invention relates to a heat-vulcanization top coating adhesive for bonding metal and natural rubber. The adhesive consists of the following components in part by weight (the total weight is based on 100 parts): 7.5 to 10 parts of chlorinated polyolefin and halogenated rubber, 3 to 5 parts of cross-linking agent, 5 to 7.5 parts of filler, 1 to 1.5 parts of sulfur and the balance of solvent. The top coating adhesive provided by the invention can replace the conventional aromatic nitroso compounds which serve as a vulcanizing agent and a cross-linking agent; and the problem that the adhesive is low in storage stability in the process of using nitroso precursors to cooperate with an oxidizer is solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of bonding rubber and metal, and in particular relates to a heat vulcanized surface coating adhesive for bonding metal and natural rubber. Background technique [0002] The bonding between rubber and metal has a long history, which can be traced back to 1850. The bonding methods currently used can be divided into direct bonding, hard rubber, brass plating and adhesive bonding. Among them, the adhesive method is currently the most widely used and effective method. Phenolic resins, polyisocyanates, and halogenated polymers are the three main types of matrix materials commonly used in adhesives. [0003] Phenolic resin is mainly used for polar rubber, and can also be used as an undercoat material for bonding non-polar rubber (such as Chenlok205). Isocyanate often refers to triphenylmethane triisocyanate. This adhesive is not only suitable for the bonding of polar rubber (NBR, CR), but also for the bonding of non-polar ...
