Abstract

The invention relates to an electrophoretic display device comprising a first base plate, a second base plate, an electrophoretic medium located between the first base plate and the second base plate, and a correction electrode, wherein the first base plate and the second base plate are oppositely arranged at intervals; a public electrode is formed at the inner side of the first base plate; an insulating layer is formed at the inner side of the second base plate; a pixel electrode and a wiring electrode are formed at the inner side of the insulating layer; and the correction electrode is formed on the second base plate and arranged in a manner of corresponding to the position of the wiring electrode. According to the invention, the electrophoretic medium at the position of the wiring electrode is driven to ensure that the position of the wiring electrode shows same color as the circumference thereof, so that the wiring showing problem is effectively avoided.
