Abstract

The invention mainly relates to a method for briefly investigating the biomass of a macro fungus, belonging to a technology for investigating the diversity of a macro fungus. The method provided by the invention solves the problems of high difficulty, big error, high damage possibility of macro fungus resources and the like in the existing biomass determination process of a macro fungus, and is characterized by being a method which can be used for estimating the biomass of a macro fungus according to the height of the macro fungus and the area of the pileus without the collection of sporophores. By measuring the height (H) and the pileus diameter (D) of one macro fungus, the biomass can be estimated according to the following formula: log10B=-1.753+0.835log10S+0.16log10H (R2=0.724, F=768.466, and p<0.001), wherein S can be calculated according to a formula shown in the specification, and labor and material resources can be saved; and the macro fungus can be further divided into a mycorrhiza fungus and a saprophytic fungus, and the biomass of each fungus can be respectively estimated according to the following formulae: log10B=-1.035+0.426log10S+0.606log10H (R2=0.840, F=168.080, and p<0.001) and log10B=-1.679+0.665log10S+0.318log10H (R2=0.785, F=423.269, and p<0.001); and the estimation precision is enhanced.
