Abstract

The invention mainly relates to the field of a hinge mechanism used for a folding game bed. Various embodiments of the hinge mechanism comprises at least one frame assembly pivotably connected with a hinge shell, at least one locking element capable of moving between a locking position and an unlocking position, and an actuator controlling the locking element. Under the locking position, the at least one locking element fixes the at least one frame assembly in a vertical direction and prevents the frame assembly from being folded. Under the unlocking position, the at least one frame assembly is unfolded and permits to be folded.
