The invention relates to a novel environmental-friendly double-component acrylate adhesive, which is composed of a component A and a component B in mass part ratio of 1 to 1, wherein the component A is composed of the following raw materials in mass part: 45-75 parts of acrylic monomer, 15-45 parts of toughened resin, 0.5-10 parts of initiating agent, 0.01-1 part of stabilizing agent, 0.1-5 parts of coupling agent and 0.5-10 parts of thixotropic agent; and moreover, the component B is composed of the following raw materials in mass part: 45-75 parts of acrylic monomer, 15-45 parts of toughened resin, 0.5-10 parts of accelerating agent, 0.01-1 part of stabilizing agent, 0.1-5 parts of coupling agent and 0.5-10 parts of thixotropic agent.
