A spiral plate-shaped propeller and a shaggy friction bar are arranged on the inner wall of the rotary drum. The sun gear is connected with a center shaft, and a shaggy stirring rod is arranged on the center shaft. When the horizontal type fishskin desquamation machine is used, the rotary drum rotates opposite to the center shaft, and fishskin desquamation is achieved by utilizing relative motion of the stirring rod and the friction bar.
