Problems solved by technology

It will bring a lot of redundant information when identifying random regions, which is not conducive to image compression
Using a single threshold is very fast, but the region of interest will have many small fragments, there will be some dark spots in the region, and the description of the region is not accurate enough

Embodiment Construction

[0038] The present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. The general framework of the present invention is as figure 1 As shown, the implementation details of each step are introduced now.

[0039] Step 1: Use HSI (hue hue, saturation color saturation, intensity brightness) color space transformation to transform visible light remote sensing images (such as figure 2 shown) for preprocessing, that is, to extract the three components of R (red, red), G (green, green), and B (blue, blue) of the image respectively, and use the HSI color space transformation to transform the obtained R, G, The three components of B are converted to the HSI color space, and the three components of H, S, and I of the visible light remote sensing image are obtained:

Abstract

The invention discloses a frequency-domain-analysis-based method for detecting a region-of-interest of a visible light remote sensing image, belonging to the technical field of remote sensing image processing and image recognition. The method comprises the following implementation processes of: (1) preprocessing the image; (2) carrying out quaternion Fourier transformation on the preprocessed result to obtain the frequency domain information of the image; (3) retaining a phase spectrum and obtaining the high-frequency information of a magnitude spectrum by using a Butterworth high-pass filter; (4) carrying out quaternion Fourier inversion on the phase spectrum and the high-frequency information of the magnitude spectrum to obtain a characteristic pattern; and (5) filtering the characteristic pattern by using a gaussian pyramid and reducing dimensions to obtain a saliency map; (6) carrying out threshold segmentation and binaryzation on the saliency map to obtain a region-of-interest template; and (7) raising the dimensions of the template and carrying out masking operation on an original image so as to obtain the final region-of-interest. The method realizes the rapid and accurate location of the region-of-interest, has the advantages of high accuracy of region description, low computation complexity and the like and can be applied in fields such as environmental monitoring, land utilization, agricultural investigation and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of remote sensing image processing and image recognition, and in particular relates to a method for detecting a region of interest in a visible light remote sensing image based on frequency domain analysis. Background technique [0002] The region of interest detection of remote sensing images is an important and difficult problem in the interdisciplinary field of remote sensing and information. It has important theoretical research significance and practical application value in both military and civilian fields. Traditional remote sensing image ROI detection methods are often knowledge-driven. After image segmentation and feature extraction, the quality of the prior knowledge base and the segmentation threshold directly determines the effect of subsequent image processing. At the same time, the quality of the prior knowledge base The establishment itself is a relatively complicated problem. Generally, vari...
