Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method and application of a triple response polymer self assembly based on nitrobenzene. The preparation method comprises the following concrete steps: subjecting 2-nitrobenzyl alcohol and methacryloyl chloride to acylating chlorination so as to obtain 2-nitrobenzyl methacrylate; and then subjecting the polymerizable monomer dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate and 2-nitrobenzyl methacrylate to copolymerization so as to synthesize a light, temperature and pH responsive amphiphilic polymer. The polymer spontaneously forms the self assembly with a core-shell structure in water. The self assembly is stable at room temperature and is capable of loading hydrophobic micro-molecules (e.g., Nile red); and through ultraviolet irradiation and adjustment of a pH value and temperature, the morphology of a micelle obviously changes, so the micro-molecules loaded in the micelle self assembly are released. The polymer micelle prepared in the invention has light responsiveness, temperature responsiveness and pH responsiveness and has wide application prospects in the field of controlled release.
