The computing method comprises the following steps: A, computing an optimal first route based on a path table by using a dijkstra algorithm; B, deleting a path by which the optimal first route passes from the path table to obtain the path table 1; and C, computing an optimal second route based on the path table 1 through the dijkstra algorithm, and covering the path in the path table 1 if the optimal route based on the path table 1 cannot be generated, until the optimal second route is generated. According to the computing method, a best-effort optimal second route selection algorithm is realized in combination with double route requirement; the conventional manual statistical resource mode is changed into program automatic computing, and the labor consumption caused by conventional manual search is changed; and the computing method has been currently applied to network planning of communication operators, the working intensity for link between different majors in the planning is greatly weakened, and the planning accuracy is improved.
