Embodiment Construction

[0085] combine figure 1 The implementation process of the present invention will be described in detail, but not limited to this embodiment.

[0086] In the MATLAB7.1 environment, a simulation experiment is carried out on a 128×128 standard grayscale image, and the encryption key is key={3053,4,67,4321,71,38,3.95,3}. The meaning of the key is two DNA sequences, one is the sequence whose GeneID is 3053 starting from the 4th base and the length is 67, and the other is the sequence whose GeneID is 4321 and the length is 38 starting from the 71st base, Logistic mapping The system parameters μ=3.95 and the encryption times are 3.

[0087] Step 1: Input Lena grayscale image A 0 (m,n) see figure 2 (a), m, n are the row and column dimensions of the image, wherein m=128, n=128, the image can be expressed as a matrix form as follows:

[0088] A = 126 108 ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a reverse transcriptase-deoxyribose nucleic acid (RT-DNA) cellular automaton-based image encryption method, and belongs to the field of DNA calculation and image encryption. A one-time pad is stored very difficultly, so that the use of the one-time pad is greatly limited. In order to overcome the disadvantage, the method takes natural DNA sequences as main keys, and the problem that the one-time pad is stored very difficultly is solved. The method comprises the following steps: first, generating a DNA matrix by utilizing the natural DNA sequences; then, generating a DNA template, and modifying the matrix formed by the natural DNA sequences by using the DNA template to obtain a key DNA matrix; and finally, regularly encrypting by using a newly defined RT-DNA cellular automaton to obtain an encrypted image. Experimental results show that the algorithm has higher safety and is easy to implement; moreover, the advantages of one-time pad-based and DNA cryptographic encryption-based encryption methods are retained effectively.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the fields of DNA calculation and digital image encryption, in particular to a digital image encryption method, which mainly utilizes the rules of RT-DNA cellular automata to realize the purpose of image encryption. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of digital technology and computer networks, digital images have become one of the main ways of information expression and transmission, and are widely used in various fields such as politics, economy, military affairs, and education. People can easily transmit various images through the network. image information. However, since digital information is extremely easy to be copied, tampered, illegally disseminated, and intentionally attacked, people have higher requirements for the security and confidentiality of information transmission while enjoying the speed and convenience of information transmission. [0003] Image encryption technology based on chaos th...
