Abstract

The invention provides a method for extracting medicinal components of radix bupleuri. According to the method, 1-4 parts by mass of medicinal ethyl alcohol, 1-6 parts by mass of purified water and 0.5-2 parts by mass of medicinal sodium bicarbonate are adopted as solvents, and an acid-base neutralization agent is added into the extracted liquid medicine for neutralization. By adopting the method provided by the invention, the water-soluble components and fat-soluble components in radix bupleuri can be sufficiently extracted; and by adding the sodium bicarbonate, the acid component with high polarity generates water-soluble composite salt which is finally reduced by the acid-base neutralization agent. According to the method provided by the invention, the extract content is higher than that of a common extraction method.
