The method comprises the following steps: fully dispersing and uniformly mixing the components; putting into a grinding machine to be ground, thereby obtaining the ink for the writing pen. The ink has the characteristics of being nontoxic, harmless, environment-friendly and energy-saving; and a special baseplate is not required when the ink is used.
