Abstract

The invention discloses a wood flame-retardant preservative and a process for preparing flame-retardant and anti-corrosion wood by using the same, belonging to the field of organic chemistry and wood treatment technology. The wood flame retardant preservative of the invention is prepared by mixing 50-70% of BPW, 15-30% of diammonium phosphate, 10-30% of boric acid and 1-5% of ammonium molybdate according to the weight percentage. The invention prepares the flame-retardant and anti-corrosion wood (Pine sylvestris sylvestris) according to the following steps: after the wood is dried to a constant weight, it is placed in a flame-retardant liquid for vacuum pressure impregnation treatment, and then the flame-retardant wood is taken out and dried to obtain the flame-retardant anti-corrosion wood. The flame retardant preservative of the present invention adopts BPW, sodium dihydrogen phosphate and boric acid as main materials.
