The method particularly comprises the steps of acquiring header information and data information of the message after receiving the message to be stored, operating the header information of the message by using a preset check rule, generating HEC (header error check) field information, scrambling the data information of the message, generating scrambled data field information, sequentially writing the header information of the message, the generated HEC field information and the scrambled data field information into a cache device taking a storage cell currently directed by a writing pointer as a start address, and updating the writing pointer to point to a next adjacent free storage cell of the cache device.
