This invention belongs to the field of
copper wire galvanizing technology, and specifically relates to an external surface treatment device for
copper wire
tin plating. It includes: a treatment box, and an oil-immersing wheel group, a
polishing wheel group, and a rinsing wheel group installed inside the treatment box. The oil-immersing wheel group,
polishing wheel group, and rinsing wheel group guide and convey the
copper wire to be treated. A
polishing mechanism is used to
grind and polish the
copper wire passing through the polishing wheel group. Through the cooperation between the treatment box, the oil-immersing wheel group, the polishing wheel group, the rinsing wheel group, the polishing mechanism, the rinsing mechanism, and the
drying mechanism, the oil-immersing wheel group, the polishing wheel group, and the rinsing wheel group guide the
copper wire requiring surface treatment, thereby conveying the
copper wire within the same
reference plane. This allows for sequential
degreasing, polishing, rinsing, and
drying, achieving continuity of multi-process copper wire treatment. This avoids secondary
contamination during copper wire surface treatment, thereby improving the cleanliness of the copper wire surface before
tin plating and enhancing the quality of copper wire
tin plating.
