The collecting device comprises a main control module, a gyroscope sensor, an acceleration sensor, an electromyographic measurement module, a transmitting and receiving module, an RS232 interface module and a power module, wherein the gyroscope sensor, the acceleration sensor, the electromyographic measurement module, the transmitting and receiving module, the RS232 interface module and the power module are respectively in circuit connection with the main control module. The self-storage portable exercise electromyographic signal collecting device records exercise states and the time when the electromyographic signals are generated, the analysis of the synchronous relation between the muscle movements of a person to be detected and the electromyographic signals is facilitated. All the modules are integrated on one circuit board, the size is small, accuracy is high, power consumption is small, and portability is strong.
