The preparation method comprises the following steps of A, preparing materials: 38% bacterial wilt pesticide, 72.2% hymexazol, 75% thiodiazole-copper wettable powder, baicalin, matrine, indirubin, Chinese pulsatilla root and hyperforin perforatum; B, lixiviating an extracting solution of Chinese pulsatilla root and hyperforin perforatum with alcohol; and C, compounding 38% bacterial wilt pesticide, 72.2% hymexazol, 75% thiodiazole-copper wettable powder, baicalin, matrine and indirubin with the extracting solution obtained in step B, uniformly stirring and then carrying out ultraviolet sterilization to prepare a disease-resistant medicament for chili seedling dampingoff. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple, a prepared product is simple in proportioning and convenient to use and good in effects on treatment of chili seedling damping-off.
