The invention relates to a sterilizing composition containing simeconazole and chloropiperidine ester. The sterilizing composition is prepared by compounding effective components, namely, simeconazole and chloropiperidine ester which are on the mass ratio of (1-80):(40-1); the total mass of the simeconazole and chloropiperidine ester in the preparation is of 1-80% based on the total mass of the whole preparation; and the rest components are the agromedical allowable and acceptable auxiliary components.
