Effective constituents of the sterilization composition are a binary combination of the trifloxystrobin and the efficient metalaxyl-M, wherein the mass ratio of the trifloxystrobin to the efficient metalaxyl-M is 1-40 to 40-1. The mass percentage ratio of effective constituents, namely the trifloxystrobin to the efficient metalaxyl-M, in a preparation is 1-80%, the remaining constituents are auxiliary constituents which are allowed to be used in and acceptable to pesticide, and the dosage form of the sterilization composition can be missible oil, a suspending agent, wettable powder, water dispersible granules, emulsion in water, micron emulsion, granules and micro capsules. The sterilization composition has high activity against almost all eumycetes (ascomycetes, basidiomycetes, oomycetes and fungi imperfecti) diseases such as powdery mildew, rust disease, bacterial wilt, net blotch, downy mildew and rice blast and also has good activity against damping-off and apple scab.
