The mass percentage ratio of effective constituents, namely the trifloxystrobin to the efficient metalaxyl-M, in a preparation is 1-80%, the remaining constituents are auxiliary constituents which are allowed to be used in and acceptable to pesticide, and the dosage form of the sterilization composition can be missible oil, a suspending agent, wettable powder, water dispersible granules, emulsion in water, micron emulsion, granules and micro capsules.
