Anabasine is a pyridine and piperidine alkaloid found in the Tree Tobacco (Nicotiana glauca) plant, a close relative of the common tobacco plant (Nicotiana tabacum). It is a structural isomer of, and chemically similar to, nicotine. Its principal (historical) industrial use is as an insecticide.

The invention discloses an L-alpha-amino acid ester contained Z-configuration anabasine pesticide and a preparation method thereof. The structure is shown by a general formula (I). The prior anabasine pesticide only has a function of disinsection and has no function of promoting the growth of crops. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a hydrochlorate of an L-alpha-amino acid methyl ester or ethyl ester; adding the prepared hydrochlorate of the L-alpha-amino acid methyl ester or the ethyl ester, nitenpyram, 37 percent formaldehyde and triethylamine into a round-bottom three-necked flask; and placing the round-bottom three-necked flask containing the solution in a microwave reactor, controlling the reaction temperature not more than 75 DEG C, and carrying out microwave reaction for 30 minutes to prepare the L-alpha-amino acid ester contained Z-configuration anabasine pesticide shown by the general formula (I). The L-alpha-amino acid ester contained Z-configuration anabasine pesticide has the advantages of high efficient insecticidal activity, good insecticidal effect, low toxicity, safety of human beings and livestock, crop growth promotion, simple using method, simple preparation method, and short reaction time.

The invention discloses an insecticidal composite containing cyantraniliprole and an anabasine compound, which takes active ingredient A cyantraniliprole and active ingredient B anabasine compound as active ingredients, wherein the anabasine compound is any one of thiacloprid, dinotefuran and clothianidin, and the weight ratio of the active ingredient A to the active ingredient B is 1:60-60:1. The insecticidal composite can be prepared into agriculturally allowed dosage forms such as suspending agent, water dispersible granules, wettable powder, aqueous capsule suspension, missible oil, emulsion in water, microemulsion, etc. The insecticidal composite is good in insecticidal effect, low in application cost, remarkable in insecticidal effect and synergistic effect, slow in the generation of resistance, less in the residual quantity of preparation, free of pollution to crops, and capable of meeting the safety requirement for pesticide preparations. The composite provided by the invention can be used for preventing and controlling various agricultural pests, particularly suitable for the lepidoptera pests such as rice leaf folder, stem borer, plutella xylostella and beet armyworm; and the composite further can be used for preventing and controlling the pests such as plant hopper and plant louse.
