Abstract

The invention discloses a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating damp-heat type acute cholecystitis. Traditional Chinese medicine holdsthat improper diet, overeating of fat and sweet food or craputence results in that the damp-heat evil accumulates in the liver and the gallbladder and the liver and the gallbladder are blocked to cause hypochondriac pain. The traditional Chinese medicines which include tangut dragonhead, sunflower root, aglaia odorata, wilson citron seed, humifuse euphorbia herb, plantago isphagula, scouring rush, big striga herb, sessile alternanthera herb, eyebright, abacopteris multilineata and dwarf galangal rhizome and have the effects of soothing the liver and benefiting the gallbladder as well as clearing heat and draining dampness are selected; and the traditional Chinese medicines are decocted by water into a decoction. Clinical tests show that the total effective rate is 94.1% and is obviously better than that of a control group.
